Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative to join our high-performing Sydney team, servicing Town Hall and Marrickville. This part-time role requires at least four days a week, with a driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.

You’ll establish in-store visual displays, manage stock and ticketing, and support sales activity by maintaining relationships with store staff and executing planned promotions in line with trade standards.

Qualifications

• Higher school certificate preferred.
• Experience in merchandising/sales in grocery or FMCG preferred.
• Competencies: drive for results, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, creativity, problem solving, basic selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with identified trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possible
• Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and that correct ticketing and POS is in place.
• Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.
• Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete all in store tasks as requested.
• Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issues
• Strict adherence to OH&S guidelines
