Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Category Development Manager, Vision Care in Sydney to lead customer and category strategies across Pharmacy, Optometry, Ecommerce and Grocery channels in ANZ. You will own planning, pricing and promotional strategies, while partnering with Brand, Sales and KAM teams to grow market share and drive insights.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong experience in customer/category development or trade marketing.
• Sales and key account management experience in Pharmacy/Healthcare/FMCG/Grocery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer and category strategies across ANZ channels (Pharmacy, Optometry, Ecommerce, Grocery).
• Own customer planning and annual price/promotional strategy.
• Partner with KAMs and Brand/Marketing to grow market share and profitability.
• Manage market research vendors, contracts and budgets for timely insights.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
