Job summary

Alcon Australia seeks a seasoned education partner to lead professional education for Eye Care Professionals, influencers, and key accounts. You will deliver science-based education across channels and support product launches with thought leaders and educators.

With 5+ years in clinical/optical practice or industry, you will manage stakeholders, deliver impactful presentations, and collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and sales to drive adoption and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years clinical/optical practice or industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding and exposure to contact lens fitting and dry eye management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality presentations; outstanding public speaking skills.
• People and internal stakeholder management skills preferred; results oriented team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals, HCP influencers, and Key Accounts to promote engagement and support prescribing decisions.
• Provide education and technical support for Key Accounts and key customers as part of the customer partnership teams.
• Execute the education strategy and deliver content to support New Product Launches and key strategic brands across channels.
• Deliver pre-launch education and communication for NPL readiness, including thought leader engagement and activation opportunities.
• Support congresses and trade conferences (in-person and virtual) with messaging, podiums, and PR liaison.
• Develop and manage relationships with thought leaders and influencers in the local market to gain insights for business planning.
