Veeam Software is seeking a Virtualization Backup Engineer to join our Technical Customer Support team. You will troubleshoot complex backup and integration issues, act as a technical focal point for IT professionals, and drive customer issues to resolution across Veeam and third-party components.

Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise virtualization backup and restore scenarios.
Knowledge of VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and related backup tooling.
Experience with Windows Server 2016-2025 and Windows client OS.
Strong TCP/IP, DNS, NAT networking knowledge and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and analyze issues, including log file reviews.
Act as technical focal point for IT professionals.
Own customer problems from initial contact to resolution across Veeam and third-party components.
Document all interactions accurately and within SLA in the CRM.
