Job summary

Prestige and Performance in Brisbane's Coorparoo seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to service European vehicles and contribute to performance upgrades.

You will diagnose, service, repair, and upgrade VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda and Porsche, working with a skilled team to uphold the highest standards.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with overtime; a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda and Porsche encouraged.
• A current manual driver's license.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the business.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computer systems.
• Strong repair and servicing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, service, repair and performance upgrade work on European vehicles.

Workshop is very well equipped with both dealer level diagnositcs and aftermarket tooling ensuring we do not easily get stuck on any jobs.

We have access to all sorts of data and tooling to make the technicians life easier.

Role Overview:

Prestige and Performance is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at the Coorparoo location. We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for European vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic, service, repair, and performance upgrade work on VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda, and Porsche vehicles.

Work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of mechanics.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians.

Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience with VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda, Porsche, and Cupra vehicles is highly regarded but not essential.

Strong understanding of repair and servicing requirements.

A current manual driver's license.

A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Workshop-quality tools.

Familiarity with computer systems and diagnostic tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
