The role includes managing relationships with high-profile guests, achieving sales KPIs, and representing the company at events. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of experience in VIP hosting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a 24/7 environment. Formación

• Prior 2+ years of Gaming / VIP Host experience.
• Previous Sales / Guest Service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a dedicated Hosting List of Local Platinum & Diamond members.
• Meet individual KPIs regarding sales budget targets.
• Maintain and develop strong interpersonal relationships.
• Represent the company at hosted events and promotions.
• Manage member local accommodation and restaurant reservations.

Conocimientos

Gaming / VIP Host experience

Sales / Guest Service experience

Strong computer skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
