Bankstown Sports is seeking a Premium Guest Assistant Manager to support the Premium Guest Manager in leading a high-performing team delivering VIP service and member experiences. This role combines leadership, relationship management and operational excellence to exceed guest expectations.

You'll build connections with Premium Guests, drive retention, host VIP events and collaborate with Gaming, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service to elevate our premium service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Premium Guest Relations, VIP Services or Hospitality.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with service excellence.
• Ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs and member engagement strategies.
• RSA, RCG and First Aid qualifications (or ability to obtain).
• Flexibility for rotating roster including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Premium Guest Host team to deliver VIP service.
• Build strong connections with Premium Guests and drive retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Gaming, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service teams.
