Job summary

Mooloolah Gardens Retirement Village is seeking a people-focused Village Manager to oversee daily operations and help foster a warm, thriving community for residents in Queensland.

This hands-on role involves managing village operations, engaging residents, supporting activities, handling administration and budgets, and promoting the village to attract new residents while maintaining occupancy.

Qualifications

• Previous management, property, administration, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day village operations and presentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure facilities are well maintained.
• Support compliance with retirement village legislation and requirements.
• Manage administration, records, and budgets.
• Assist with resident activities and community events.
• Promote the village and build local community relationships.
• Generate enquiries and assist residents through the sales process.
• Help maintain high occupancy levels and a positive village culture.
