Job summary

Aroha Services is seeking an experienced Village Manager to join our remote village team in Queensland. This permanent full-time role leads day-to-day operations, ensuring high service delivery, presentation, compliance and guest satisfaction at the village site.

You’ll manage a diverse operations team, coordinate rosters and workloads, conduct site inspections, and work closely with clients and suppliers to maintain safe, efficient village operations and a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of managerial experience in hospitality, facilities, or similar.
• Experience leading a village operations team.
• Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.
• Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing, and police check.
• Current full Queensland (QLD) Manual Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients, team members, suppliers and residents.
• Coordinate rosters, workloads and team coverage.
• Conduct site inspections and operational checks.
• Respond to client and resident feedback promptly and professionally.
• Lead and supervise village team members across operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement.
• Promote health, safety, quality and compliance culture.
• Complete administration, reporting and operational documentation.
• Support budget management and monitor costs.
• Ensure the village is presented to a high standard and operates efficiently.
• Collaborate with management to improve service delivery.
