Job summary

Eureka Villages in Bundaberg is seeking a Village Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, build strong relationships with residents and ensure a safe, welcoming community. This hands-on role focuses on occupancy, tenancy management and presenting the village.

The position is permanent part-time, 34 hours per week, offering a salary of $65,000 per annum plus super and an incentive up to 15%. You will work with the Regional Manager and Eureka team to improve resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in village, property, accommodation, community, hospitality or similar hands-on operational environment.
• Capable of handling administration, priorities and day-to-day operational issues.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse residents.
• Autonomous work style with proactive support when needed.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and create a welcoming, connected village community.
• Coordinate day-to-day village operations, administration and resident enquiries.
• Manage tenancies including applications, agreements, renewals, entry and exit processes.
• Support occupancy and assist prospective residents through enquiry and application processes.
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance and village presentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and compliance of village operations.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Eureka team to improve resident experience.
