Job summary

BallyCara in Scarborough is seeking a Village Concierge (Casual) to support daily village operations and deliver exceptional service to residents and their families.

You will transport residents, assist with outings and events, escort to appointments, and help with setup and pack down of functions while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and records. A patient, flexible team member with strong communication shines here.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, concierge, community support or similar role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Confidence working independently while also being a valued team member.
• A genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences for older Australians.
• Current MR Driver's Licence.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

About the role

As a Village Concierge, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the village while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and their families. Whether you're transporting residents to appointments, assisting with outings, setting up community events or simply brightening someone's day with a friendly conversation, you'll play an important role in inspiring healthy and happy living.

Your responsibilities will include:
