BallyCara in Brisbane is seeking a Casual Village Concierge with an LR licence to support residents and the village team. The role focuses on welcoming residents, coordinating activities, and practical tasks while driving the village bus with confidence.

The ideal candidate is upbeat, practical, customer‑facing and enjoys contributing to a friendly, active community. Flexible, casual hours may apply in our Scarborough village too.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LR class driver’s licence.
• Experience in hospitality or community living environments is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

We’re looking for a Casual Village Concierge to support residents and the village team at our Scarborough retirement village. A key part of the role is driving our village bus, so you’ll need a current LR driver’s licence and confidence behind the wheel.

This is a community and hospitality role. It is not a support worker position: the focus is on welcoming residents, helping with village activities and practical arrangements, and contributing to a friendly, active community.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
