This is a practical, hands‑on role where you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills every day. You’ll work across a diverse environment, responding to maintenance requests, completing planned and reactive works, and helping identify opportunities to improve our facilities.

No two days are likely to look exactly the same.

  • Maintaining buildings, facilities and shared spaces to a high standard
  • Responding to maintenance requests from residents and staff
  • Completing work orders and planned maintenance tasks

  • Strong practical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A reliable, proactive and can‑do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused approach
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality

Role Requirements
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Satisfactory police check, or willingness to obtain one through BallyCara
  • Right to work in Australia
