Job summary

Keyton in Australia’s retirement living sector seeks a Village & Sales Manager for Trinity Green, a thriving retirement community. You’ll lead village operations, support future residents as they make a major life decision, and help strengthen a warm, connected community.

You’ll own both operations and sales, guiding people leadership, customer experience and commercial outcomes. You’ll build relationships with residents and their families and lead a dedicated village team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in community or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to balance operational leadership with sales accountability.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day village operations and performance of Trinity Green.
• Create an exceptional resident and family experience at every touchpoint.
• Drive occupancy through prospect engagement, local relationships and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and develop a dedicated village team.
• Build relationships with residents, committees and stakeholders; present at meetings and AGMs.
• Manage budgets, contractor relationships and operational planning.
• Foster a welcoming, connected and inclusive community.

Experience in retirement living, property, hospitality, health, aged care, community services, real estate or another customer-focused leadership environment will be highly regarded. Sales or business development experience will also set you up for success.

What you’ll need

• Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
