Job summary

Talent, a global entertainment business, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow advertising revenue across agencies and direct clients from a Sydney base. You’ll own client relationships from first conversations through negotiation, close and campaign delivery, delivering video advertising solutions across digital video and streaming environments.

You’ll leverage established relationships, win new business, manage a robust pipeline and collaborate with campaign, research and sales

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital sales experience
• Established media agency/client-side relationships
• Proven revenue target achievement
• Understanding of programmatic and streaming/CTV
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a growing team
• Experience selling connected TV is a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue across existing client portfolio and identify new opportunities
• Build relationships with media agencies and client-side decision-makers
• Present tailored video advertising solutions aligned with brand goals
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Manage pipeline, sales forecasts and performance reporting
• Collaborate with campaigns, research and sales solutions teams to deliver campaigns
• Use campaign insights to strengthen results and identify opportunities
• Attend industry events and travel interstate regularly
