Trumps is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to strengthen our presence across Victoria and drive sales and distribution growth. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will manage relationships with retail customers, achieve sales targets and enhance product visibility in stores.

This field sales role combines relationship management, commercial selling and in-store merchandising, requiring initiative, organisation and a practical approach to delivering promotions and stock

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales and meeting targets.
• Merchandising experience with retail displays.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to spot opportunities.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Initiative, flexibility and problem-solving.
• Current and valid driver's licence.
• Experience in food industry and MS Office skills preferred.
