Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Victoria, AU, is seeking a field-based sales professional to manage and expand Agrisolutions across Victorian and Tasmanian markets.

You will work with agronomists, researchers, and farmer groups to promote SE14, Biopest, Kwickin, Enhance, Companion, Spreadwet 1000, and other DKSH products. The role requires 3–5 years in the agricultural sector, a Diploma in Agriculture or a related degree, and the ability to develop trials and oversee field programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the agriculture sector, preferably in agronomy, extension, or sales.
• Diploma in Agriculture or a tertiary degree in Agri Science/Agri-Business.
• Assist in developing trial protocols and oversee trials to maximize opportunities.
• Understanding of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain and field marketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow DKSH Agrisolutions customer relationships in Victoria and Tasmania.
• Identify customer needs and develop/propose solutions across the demand/supply chain.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Manager, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient product supply.
• Lead annual negotiations on terms and conditions within customer groups.
• Build relationships with distributors, agronomists, researchers, grower groups, and farmers to drive adoption of DKSH products.
