Pro AV Solutions in Melbourne is seeking an Embedded Onsite AV Service Technician to join our VIC branch. You will provide hands-on AV support, maintain systems, and ensure high-quality service delivery for a key customer site.

You will diagnose issues with video conferencing, digital signage, audio, and control systems; assist users during meetings and live events; liaise with internal teams and vendors for escalations.

Formación

• Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.
• Familiarity with major AV platforms and tools such as Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams and Cisco Webex.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a customer environment.
• Relevant certifications (CTS, Crestron, or Extron) are a plus.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive and motivated attitude.
• Diploma level IT networking qualification or equivalent experience.

Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our VIC branch to join our Service Team as an Embedded Onsite AV Service Technician. This position is based with a key customer in Melbourne and is ideal for a technically skilled and customer-focused individual.

About the Role
This position combines hands-on AV technical support with excellent client service. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless AV experience by maintaining and troubleshooting onsite AV systems, assisting users, and providing high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance
