Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal casting of artistic talent across the studio, through the scheduling and prioritisation of resources across multiple projects.
• Work with Head of Department to balance team experience, skills, and development needs.
• Induct new crew into production and department processes.
• Manage and report on department overtime and TOIL to key stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee leave strategies considering utilization, cross-show demands, and artist wellbeing.
• Conduct regular check-ins with crew.
• Lead processes for team performance reviews, feedback, and identifying professional development opportunities.
• Approve timesheets accurately and keep internal systems up to date.
• Participate in interviews and contribute to department hiring decisions.
• Provide regular reporting to Management.
