Job summary

Rising Sun Pictures in Adelaide is seeking a Production/HR Lead to ensure optimal casting of artistic talent across multiple projects, schedule resources, induct new crew, and manage department processes.

You will partner with the Head of Department to balance team experience, oversee overtime and TOIL, develop leave strategies, supervise performance reviews, and provide regular reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee leave strategies considering utilization, cross-show demands, and artist wellbeing.
• Conduct regular check-ins with crew.
• Lead processes for team performance reviews, feedback, and identifying professional development opportunities.
• Approve timesheets accurately and keep internal systems up to date.
• Participate in interviews and contribute to department hiring decisions.
• Provide regular reporting to Management.
