Job summary

Ebos Group in Marsden Park (NSW) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will manage end-to-end orders, respond to customer queries via phone, email and web orders, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Industry background in veterinary or animal health is essential.
• Strong client service capability with clear communication and organization.
• Accurate data entry and order processing with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solving and independent issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process orders with high data accuracy and coordinate logistics with warehouse.
• Advise customers on backorders, ETAs, alternatives and quotations promptly.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts, and Territory Managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Research products, liaise with suppliers, and escalate stock issues to management.
• Manage stock lists and perform general admin/warehousing tasks including picking/packing.
