Job summary

Lyppard Australia, a division of Animal Care under the EBOS Group, is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Marsden Park, NSW. The role focuses on end-to-end order management, handling orders via phone, email and web, and researching customer questions to ensure timely resolution.

You will work closely with warehouse staff, Purchasing, and drivers to resolve issues, maintain high data accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to veterinary customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume customer service or administrative roles
• Strong data entry accuracy and order processing ability
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Process orders with high data accuracy and coordinate despatch with warehouse staff
• Advise customers on backorders, ETAs, product alternatives, promotions and quotes
• Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts, and Territory Managers to ensure smooth operations and credit processing
• Research products and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and improve service
