Job summary

EBOS Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Marsden Park, NSW. You will manage end-to-end orders, respond to inquiries, and liaise with warehouses, Purchasing, and Accounts to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with veterinarians and contribute to animal welfare by delivering accurate data, proactive problem solving, and timely customer support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong data entry and order processing accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end orders with high data accuracy and coordinate with warehouse and drivers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web orders promptly.
• Communicate with Purchasing, Accounts, and Territory Managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Research products, liaise with suppliers, and escalate stock issues when needed.
• Assist with general admin/warehouse tasks including picking and packing when required.
