• At least 2 years in a high-volume reception or administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front-of-house areas, including waiting rooms.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails using multiple systems.
• Coordinate and book appointments across various departments.
• Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Process payments (cash, EFTPOS, and insurance claims).
• Request results, samples, and documentation from third parties.
