Animal Emergency Australia is hiring a Client Care Representative for Moonah, TAS. This part-time, on-site role offers 20 hours per week and above‑award pay.

You’ll be the vital link between our clients and clinical team, ensuring pet owners receive a compassionate, efficient experience during every visit. Daily tasks include triage on arrival, updating clients with pet status, assisting with insurance and finances, handling cash and reconciliations, and supporting front-of-clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies.
• Flexible to shift patterns including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and their pets on arrival.
• Keep clients informed with updates on their pets and financial questions.
• Assist with insurance queries and front-office finances.
• Support front-of-clinic operations and daily cash reconciliations.
• Participate in a shift roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
