Spreyton Vet Services, part of VetPartners, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our busy clinic in a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the hospital.

This role offers a supportive team, flexible rosters, and opportunities for professional development within Australia’s largest vet care network.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or customer service experience is essential.
• Veterinary reception experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client care to patients and their owners.
• Manage client enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Support day-to-day appointment and admission scheduling.
• Complete general administration and clerical duties.
• Take payments and manage invoices and accounts.
• Ensure front of house areas are welcoming, clean and organised.
• Assist across hospital areas as required.
• Work with the clinical team to support patient care.
