Seek.com.au is seeking a Maintenance All Rounder / General Labourer for a private property business in Toronto, NSW. You will handle a variety of tasks from painting and patching to concreting and grounds maintenance, with opportunities to assist trades on larger projects.

Requirements include 3+ years in building or property maintenance, confidence with hand and power tools, and a manual driving licence. MR/LR licences are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 20kg repeatedly, work outdoors in all weather and use ladders.

Responsibilities
