Job summary

SM Property Maintenance, a hands-on maintenance company servicing Sydney data centres, is seeking a reliable Handyman / Labourer to join the team. The role covers general handyman repairs, property and building maintenance, garden care, and travel to sites around Sydney, including Silverwater and Mascot, with occasional Wollongong trips.

You will work with a positive, safety-conscious approach, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities for variety in daily tasks.

• Assist with various daily jobs and travel to sites around Sydney, including Silverwater and Mascot, with occasional Wollongong trips.
• Follow directions, learn on the job, and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.

About the role:
We are a thriving Handyman/Property and Building Maintenance company, working in and around Data Centres in Sydney and surrounds.
*This role will require regular travel to Silverwater and Mascot, and occasional travel to Wollongong*

Jobs will vary on a daily basis - we provide a variety of services such as all general handyman repairs and building maintenance, garden care, and much more.
