Privately owned commercial property business

Company ute, fuel and all tools supplied during work hours.

We look after our own portfolio of commercial properties. We're after someone who can turn their hand to most things and doesn't need to be told twice.

The work

No two days are the same. One day you're patching and painting a tenancy, the next you're pouring a small slab, mowing, clearing rubbish, or helping a sparky pull cable.

Painting, patching, basic carpentry and joinery, tiling repairs

Concreting and general site work

Lawn and grounds maintenance

Clean ups and rubbish removal

Lock and door hardware repairs

Minor non licensed maintenance such as tap washers and blocked drains. Licensed plumbing and electrical work goes to our trades

Assisting trades on larger jobs

Fire compliance checks, training provided

Vehicle washing and polishing

What you need

3+ years in building, property maintenance or a trade background

Confident with hand and power tools

Manual driver's licence

Able to lift 20kg repeatedly, work outdoors in all weather and use ladders

Handy to have, or we'll help you get them

MR or LR licence
