Dubbo Regional Council invites applications for a Venue Support Officer to join Dubbo Regional Theatre & Convention Centre. You will be the welcoming face for community groups, schools and event organisers, guiding them from enquiry through to delivery and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
You will work with a supportive team, manage venue hire processes, and help deliver diverse performances, events and community activities across the region.
This newly created 2-year contract opportunity provides unique exposure to the full breadth of DRTCC operations and the vibrant performing arts community that surrounds it. You'll work closely with clients from their initial enquiry through to event delivery, helping ensure their experience is seamless, professional and enjoyable while supporting Council policies and processes.
