Job summary

The Verandah Beecroft, part of Norths Collective on Sydney's North Shore, is seeking a Venue Supervisor to lead guest experience with energetic service and strong team collaboration. You will engage with members, uphold service standards, and collaborate across venues within Norths Collective.

Qualifications

RSA and RCG certifications required.
Flexible to work a 7 day, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Strong customer service focus with ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient and friendly service to members and guests.
Show initiative to solve problems and assist team.
Understand the business and customer needs to enhance guest experience.
Prepare routine reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain exemplary cash handling and compliance.
Support duties at Duty Manager level as required.
