Qualifications

• RSA and RCG certifications required.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, especially under pressure.

About the role...

Reporting to the manager on shift we are looking for a Venue Supervisor and relief Duty Manager to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business. Demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn and grow in your role. There will also be regular opportunity to work in a Duty Manager level position when required.

You will be focused on providing a vibrant and professional atmosphere for both our customers and employees and will seek to grow membership through the provision of outstanding service and products. Your commitment to the Club's members and delivery of excellent customer service will be uncompromising and will be evidenced through your professional conduct and the standards you set for yourself, the team and the Club.

Your Key Priorities will be to:
