Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on venue leader to guide guest experiences across our entertainment venues. You will manage a high‑energy team of service staff, bartenders and hosts, while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in people management, valid RSA and Working with Children Check, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Join a people‑first culture that values growth, upskilling, and remarkable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• RSA and Working with Children Check required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience driving revenue on shift.
• Proactive, energetic attitude and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy and motivate a high‑performing team to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Drive revenue through shifts and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Transform venues into engaging, WOW spaces for guests.
• Coach and support a dynamic team of front‑of‑house staff, bartenders and hosts.
• Manage rosters, training, and forecasting, with P&L awareness.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop skills of the team and yourself across a busy entertainment venue.
