Job summary

Funlab is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our Perth venues across Karrinyup, Carousel, Fremantle and the CBD. You will lead shifts, drive guest experiences and develop future leaders across multiple experiences such as Strike Bowling and Hijinx Hotel.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or QSR environments.
• Track record of guiding high-volume teams to deliver guest experiences.
• Ability to take ownership and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead venue shifts from start to finish.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Coach and develop your team to perform at their best.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity and venue performance.
• Lead with curiosity and make confident decisions.
• Manage labour, standards and shift execution.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to staff.
• Support recruitment and development of future leaders.
• Partner with Venue Manager on business initiatives.
