Job summary

Funlab is seeking experienced hospitality and entertainment leaders to drive guest experiences across multiple Perth venues, including Karrinyup, Carousel, Fremantle and the CBD.

Lead performance across operations, people and guest experience, partnering with the Venue Manager to deliver commercial outcomes and nurture future leaders in a high‑energy, multi‑venue environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high‑volume hospitality teams.
• Strong track record of coaching and developing people.
• Solid understanding of guest experience metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership, developing great people, driving results and creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll partner closely with the Venue Manager to lead performance across operations, people, guest experience and venue success.

• A strong track record leading high-volume teams and services

• The ability to stay calm, adaptable and solutions-focused under pressure
