The Baths Middle Brighton is seeking a passionate Venue Manager to lead daily operations and guide our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee service delivery, and maintain compliance with OH&S and liquor licensing in a high-volume coastal setting.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of hospitality industry background with proven management experience.
• High-volume cafe, restaurant and event operations knowledge including coffee/barista skillset.
• Hands-on, lived knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
• Be a great communicator to lead a young and enthusiastic team.
• Responsible for the recruitment of new staff.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director in daily operations across the business, working closely together.
• Adhere to OH&S and Liquor License compliance.
• Maintain policy and procedures.
• Lead FOH & BOH teams, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Assist in implementing service improvements and uphold service standards.
• Assisting with training, mentoring and motivating staff.
• Overseeing opening/closing procedures and facilitating smooth shift transitions.
• Managing bookings and floor plans.
• Manage staff rosters and shift checklists.
