Job summary

The Baths Middle Brighton is seeking a qualified, passionate cook to join our busy kitchen as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a full-time role (part-time or casual also possible). You will contribute across food prep, cooking, and training, in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment on the waterfront in Melbourne.

With at least 2 years in restaurant and bistro cooking and experience with private dining or functions preferred, you’ll help uphold top hygiene, safety standards and a positive,

Qualifications

• Past experience in fast paced high volume kitchens.
• Prior experience with exclusive functions or private dining is preferred but not essential
• At least 2 years experience in restaurant and bistro cooking would be beneficial.
