Job summary

Located in Wollongbar, The Odyssey Greek Eats seeks an experienced Venue Manager to lead both front of house and kitchen teams, delivering high standards of food, service and hospitality. This hands-on role involves rostering, cost controls and driving profitability while maintaining brand standards.

You will develop people, lead by example and build a positive culture focused on exceptional guest experiences in a brand-new Greek casual dining venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong operational knowledge of casual dining or high volume hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead, train and develop teams.
• Understanding of labour management, food costs and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and leadership by example.
• High standards for food quality, presentation and customer service.
• Calm, organised and decisive during busy service periods.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a high performing team.
