Job summary

X-Golf in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Venue Manager to lead the new Liverpool venue. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest experience, manage staff, and coordinate events and bookings to ensure the venue’s success.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will champion a positive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize rosters, stock, and POS accuracy to support revenue growth in a dynamic indoor entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hospitality venue management or leadership roles.
• Flexibility to operate seven days a week.
• Current RSA and Licensee Training.
• Food safety supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Current driver’s license and own car.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of X-Golf Liverpool, delivering high standards of customer experience.
• Lead and develop the team to drive venue success.
• Meet performance metrics and revenue targets set by the GM.
• Recruit, train and develop staff for operational excellence.
• Write and maintain rosters efficiently.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and stock takes.
• Handle customer bookings and events.
• Maintain POS system and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with OLGR, food safety and OH&S.
