GreenSpace Management at Little Para Golf Course seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day venue operations, including customer service, bookings, rostering and event support. The role requires active involvement across golf, driving range and food & beverage activities, with a focus on practical problem-solving and team collaboration.

The successful candidate will help drive service excellence, manage rostering, invoicing and safety compliance, and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or venue operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Venue operations management including opening and closing procedures.
• Customer service and bookings management.
• Driving range operations including collecting and maintaining balls.
• Food & beverage preparation and service along with catering support.
• Events and functions planning, setup, coordination and delivery.
• Roster support and staff coordination across venue operations.
• Invoice coordination and records management with the finance team.
• General facility maintenance, cleaning and stock management.
• Ensure workplace safety and liquor licensing compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer experience.
