Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing day-to-day operations and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring high standards of service, safety and presentation.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team to perform at their best.
• Create an engaging and positive workplace culture.
• Drive sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Manage wages, operational costs, stock levels and other business expenses.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and turn every visit into a memorable one.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community organisations and sporting groups to promote the venue.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business, improve performance and increase local engagement.
