The Glenmore, located in The Rocks, Sydney, is seeking a dedicated Venue Manager to join our management team and lead day-to-day operations in a busy hospitality venue.

This hands-on role suits an emerging manager or a strong supervisor, with a focus on guest experience and team development. You’ll work with a stable team and receive guidance, training, and support to grow into the role.

Formación

• Experience in pub/hospitality venue with supervisory responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Current NSW RSA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Run shifts and lead the team during busy services.
• Be visible on the floor and lead from the front.
• Deliver a consistently great guest experience.
• Coach, support and develop the team.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues during service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness.
• Support cash handling, stock and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure RSA, WHS and venue compliance standards.
• Help create a positive, energetic team culture.
