Job summary
Bankstown Sports invites an experienced Venue Manager to lead Lady Banks Rooftop, Sydney's premier rooftop cocktail bar, delivering premium service and driving revenue.
You will recruit and coach front-of-house teams, design cocktail menus with the culinary team, manage costs, and ensure RSA, RCG and licensing compliance while creating standout guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead all operational aspects of Lady Banks Rooftop.
- Develop, coach and inspire front-of-house and bar teams.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain premium service standards.
- Drive venue performance through sales, labour and cost management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
- Lead cocktail and beverage program development and seasonal menus.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to design menus and premium experiences.
- Monitor beverage trends and market opportunities.
- Ensure smooth delivery of events and functions.
- Manage stock control, beverage costing and inventory processes.
- Create rosters that support trading requirements and labour efficiency.
- Ensure liquor licensing, RSA, RCG and food safety compliance.
