Job summary

Elysium Noosa Resort in Noosa is seeking a Venue Manager for Bar Capri, a premium hospitality destination. You will lead a team of bartenders and floor staff, creating a high-energy atmosphere and delivering memorable guest experiences from arrival to farewell.

Role requires hands-on leadership, frontline guest engagement, coaching and a focus on service standards, staff development and operational excellence at Bar Capri and through Maestro Hospitality partnerships.

Inspired by the relaxed glamour of the Italian Riviera, our venue comes alive from long lunches and afternoon aperitivo through to sunset Spritzes, live entertainment and energetic evening service.

We're searching for a Venue Manager who thrives on people, brings energy to every shift, and knows how to create an atmosphere that guests want to return to again and again.

This role is for a hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests, coaching teams and driving a memorable experience from the moment guests arrive until the last drink is poured.

The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll be the face and energy of Bar Capri.

You will lead a team of bartenders and floor staff, creating a culture built on genuine hospitality, accountability, high performance and fun. You'll be responsible for ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience while inspiring your team to consistently deliver at their best.
