Job summary

Bar Capri, part of Elysium Noosa operated in partnership with Maestro Hospitality, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily operations of one of Noosa's busiest premium cocktail venues.

You’ll manage up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, drive guest experiences, supervise labour and costs, develop seasonal cocktails, and work with the Head Sommelier and leadership team to uphold the highest standards of service.

Located within the stunning Elysium Noosa and operated in partnership with Maestro Hospitality, Bar Capri blends vibrant Italian aperitivo culture, premium cocktails, exceptional food and genuine hospitality in one of Australia's most sought-after destinations.

This isn't a quiet hotel bar.

This is a high-volume, high-energy operation where relaxed lunches roll seamlessly into afternoon aperitivo, sunset Spritzes, live entertainment and vibrant evening cocktail service. We're searching for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead from the front and continue building one of Queensland's premier beverage destinations.

The Opportunity

As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operation of Bar Capri, leading one of Noosa's busiest premium cocktail venues while working alongside the award-winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality.

You’ll lead a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, creating an environment where exceptional service, strong leadership and genuine hospitality are at the centre of everything you do.
