Job summary

Bar Capri, located within Elysium Noosa and operated in partnership with Maestro Hospitality, is seeking a Venue Manager to lead on the floor, connect with guests and coach teams, delivering a memorable experience from the first welcome to the last drink.

You will drive service standards, manage labour and venue performance, recruit and mentor future leaders, and work with Bar Capri, Cibaria Noosa and Maestro Hospitality to grow the business in Noosa's vibrant coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, bars or premium venues.
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• Confidence engaging with guests and building relationships.
• A hands-on leadership style and strong floor presence.
• High energy, positivity and professionalism.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational capability.
