Job summary

Venue Manager – Join a Growing Hospitality Group

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Venue Manager to lead one of our venues and play a key role in a hospitality group that’s expanding and investing in its people, product, and culture.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.

You’ll be accountable for:

Leading, developing, and inspiring a large front-of-house team

Driving service standards and guest experience across all areas of the venue

Managing rosters, labour costs, and productivity

Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management

Ensuring compliance with RSA, licensing, and health & safety requirements

Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
