Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Harlow in Richmond’s nightlife, overseeing late-night and peak trading with a focus on beverage-led operations and guest experience.

You will build a high-performing team, drive sales and manage compliance across licensing and WHS, while partnering with the Operations team to grow the venue’s performance and community connections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Venue Manager, GM or senior AGM.
• Strong leadership of large hospitality teams.
• Skilled in beverage-led operations and late-night trading.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the venue, including late-night periods.
• Coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
