Job summary

Darling Group in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in leading a busy floor and delivering a best-in-class guest experience across our venues.

You will coach front-of-house teams, assist with rostering, stock, and training, and step in when the Venue Manager is absent. Availability for weekends and holidays, RSA required, and a clear path to progression toward a Venue Manager role.

Qualifications

• Leadership or senior supervisory experience in a busy premium venue.
• Strong guest focus and a genuine service mindset.
• Proven ability to coach and develop front-of-house teams.

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll support your Venue Manager to lead the floor and deliver a best-in-class experience for guests and team alike. It's the ideal next step for an emerging hospitality leader ready to take on more ownership and grow towards a Venue Manager role.

In the role you will:
