Grill'd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Venue Manager to lead with energy in a people-first culture. With 21+ years of growth, 175+ restaurants, and exciting expansion, this is your chance to move fast, step up and shape the future of fast casual dining.

You'll inspire teams, create WOW moments for guests and the community, and enjoy leadership opportunities, a structured onboarding, and pathways to Area Manager or partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of growing revenue, boosting market share, and driving profit margins for your venue.
• Drive growth by building business relationships and crafting marketing strategies.
• Support and mentor your Restaurant Manager as they handle daily operations, while you focus on the bigger picture.
• Coach and develop your team, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and a thriving culture.
• Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and hit sales and operational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives.
• Keep the Numbers Ticking: Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure the venue achieves its sales and operational goals.
